Kids Zone Parties Registration Conditions

1. There is a base rate for the use of a party room. (Head counts will be done when the meal or cake is served.  All children in the room from ages 2 to 16  will be considered as part of your party. It is the responsibility of the person booking the party to advise Kids Zone of any changes.) Customer request for room 5 or 6 has a 12 child minimum plus a $30.00 room fee. The fee for maximum 8 adults is included in your party package - all additional adults must pay a cover charge of $5.00 per adult at the time of entry. The number of additional adults permitted in a party room is limited by Kids Zone Family Fun Centre.
2. Meals are not provided for adults unless prearranged.
3. Absolutely no outside food, snacks or drinks are permitted with the exception of your birthday cake, which must remain in the room provided.
4. Birthday cakes left behind will be discarded at the end of the day, no exceptions. Kids Zone does not have the facilities to store Ice Cream Cakes. Kids Zone is not responsible for the quality or freshness of the cakes ordered. All concerns must be directed to the bakery.
5. Do not arrive earlier than the time set out on the front of your booking form.
6. All rooms are 1.5 hours in duration. There is no extension in the room time. (You are required to vacate the room at that time. Please bring all the gifts to your vehicle. Due to limited space please do not use snack bar to extend your party. All clothing and loot bags must remain in coat check area.) 
7. All children and adults must wear socks to play in the tubes. Running shoes are preferred to play Extreme Laser Tag.  Laser Tag is for up to age 16  Players must be taller than 46 “ NO EXCEPTIONS
   All players will be measured before they play.
8. There is a non-refundable reservation fee of  $8.50  which is payable at the time your reservation is confirmed  The party deposits become non-refundable 3 days and or 15 days before the party date, whichever comes first.
9. Bookings will be accepted up to 3 months in advance of your Party date
10. Party cancelled for any reason: Cancellation Fee $ 8.50
11. Reservations cannot be changed less than 7 days in advance of your party date.
    For changes such as date or time of the party, an $8.50  administrative fee applies.
    For cancellation due to illness or emergency, a new day may be selected but not refunded. Reschedule Fee: $ 12.50   Party must take place within 30 days of the reschedule date.
12. Kids Zone is not responsible or liable for any loss or theft from the Party Zone or rooms.
13. Payment of the balance: Debit Card or Cash.   Master Card and Visa are subject to a 3% bank charge on the balance due.  Sorry we do not accept personal cheques.   Company NSF Cheques are subject to a $30.00 charge, additional interest rate may apply.
14. The Birthday Party Sponsors are responsible for the actions and safety of all the children
    attending the party. Please ensure that all the children in your care play safe.
15. Kids Zone reserves the right to reassign rooms as required to suit the number of children attending.
16. The Host or Hostess’s role is to assist you in your child’s party. They will set-up, serve the meal, bring in your cake and then clean up.
17. Gratuities for your Hostess serving your party is appreciated and at your discretion.
18. The above conditions form part of the party registration.

Please Note: The birthday party groups do not have exclusive access or use of the tubes or the laser tag arena. The public as well as other parties have use of these facilities

A PARTY IS A SPECIAL GIFT TO A CHILD. THEY MAY FORGET THE PRESENTS, BUT THE MEMORIES OF A GREAT PARTY REMAIN.

When making a telephone reservation you will be asked for the following information:

1. Birthday Child’s name
2. Actual date of birth of the child
3. arrival date and time
4. type of party required (Basic, Super, Laser,Teddy Bear etc.)
5. your name, address, postal code and telephone number
6. number of children attending the party
7. number of adults attending the party
8. method of payment (e.g. credit card number and expiry date)

Paying your deposit for a party reservations :

• For your convenience, payment for telephone reservations can be made using Visa or Mastercard.
• There is a non-refundable $8.50 reservation fee for each booking.

Party cancelled for any reason:

• Cancellation Fee $ 8.50
